The excess stipulates the maximum responsibility/liability of the guests should any damages be caused to the rented vehicle. The maximum excess with the daily rate displayed on the website is €1500. Additional CDW Coverage can be purchased to lower the excess to €800.
Upon securing the reservation with Kreolo Car Hire there will be a balance payment to be made on the day of rental upon arrival. The representative will meet you at the designated location you have provided as per your booking and complete the rental agreement along with payment.

We rent out all our rental cars with a full tank of fuel. You should also return the rental car with a full tank or as the same as it is stated on the rental agreement. The renter will be charged for any missing fuel when returning the vehicle.
Our rental car has a public / third party liability insurance with a minimum coverage amount as per local legislations. CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) Insurance is also included in our rates when booking for 2 days or more. For booking of 1 day or less, please note, CDW Insurance is available as an additional chargeable option and is NOT included in the daily rate.

Our car rental prices are based on a 24 hour time period, e.g. if you reserve and pick up your car rental at 14:00 you will have to drop it off at 14:00 at the latest. If you return the car later, you will be charged for an additional day. Please note that if you return your car earlier than your pick up time, we do not do refunds for unused days or hours.
We understand that you might get delayed, so we try our very best to be flexible. If you’re returning late or you need to extend your car rental, do make sure you contact us as soon as possible. Car Rental works on 24 hour basis, counted as 1 day. You are charged for each day (24 hours) you hire your car. Whether you hire it for just 2 hours or 24 hours, you will be charged for a full day. We DO NOT offer refunds for any unused days or hours.
We charge a "Late Return Fee" for an Authorized extension to your return time. The Late Return Fee is fixed at Euro 25 (or equivalent) for a maximum of 2 hours. Extensions of more than 2 Hours, you will be charge for an extra day.

Never negotiate with the third party. Do not move anything. Call the representative number on the rental agreement, you will be given instructions and the representative will come to you immediately. If the third party is recalcitrant or there is an injured person, immediately the representative will call the police who will make the report.

Do make a video during your car orientation using your smartphones or devices. All guests renting with Kreolo Car Hire are required to record existing damage to the rental car before they drive the car. Same will be noted down on your rental agreement by the representative. We know our cars inside out and if we noticed damage and you cannot prove it was there when you rented the car you will be held accountable for it.
It is important to advice for any damages before you return your car so that we can provide you with an accurate quote from our trusted Garage. If we do not receive a reasonable timeframe to provide you with a quote, then an approximate quote will be given to you on site when returning the car.
